I'm Ba-ack! (Load day #2)

I am so happy to be back on the HCG train! I can't tell you how great I feel when I am on HCG. That is one of the amazing things about this protocol is the way it makes you feel. As hard as it is something to see past your craving, overall, I would much rather wake up to a loss each morning than have the bloat and fullness that processed food makes you feel. I will be doing a long round, 8 weeks. And I am hoping to be 199 by the end of this round, that is 35pounds! That is 4.4 pounds a week and I usually average 6-6.5, so I may even surpass my goal! Tomorrow is my first VLCD day! I have food ready for tomorrow and my willpower is at an all time high! Lets do this!

Still not sure what to do....

Well, most of you know I had to end my round due to my HCG being bad. I am not happy about it one bit and I am still not sure what I am going to do. I am considering purchasing RX HCG and trying that. I'm not saying that Homeopathic HCG does not work, because I know it does. But, I wouldn't mind trying RX so I can make my own comparison of them both. I watched Jenny's vlog about mixing RX and she had detailed instructions on how and where to order. SO that was a huge help. It's a lot more expensive than HHCG, so it does make you wonder why RX is so much more expensive. Is it the quality or quantity of the HCG? Who knows. All I know is I am no closer to my goal than I was yesterday. Still not happy about this at all!

R3 P2 VLCD#4 Weight- 225.4

YAY! Released another 2 pounds. I am going to show this fat who's boss. 7.2 total released in 4 days! Not bad, not bad! Tomorrow I will do an update video and even though I still have 8.4 pounds until I break new ground, I am really determined this time! Yesterday Walmart had asparagus on sale, so I am going to experiment a little with that this week. I got 2 bunches of it. I made chili yesterday and couldn't believe how fast it filled me up! I couldn't eat the whole bowl!

One thing people need to understand is how good this protocol makes you feel. I don't feel bloated and I don't have that "heavy" feeling. Not eating processed foods really changes you from the inside out!

R3 P2 VLCD #3- Weight 227.4

Wierd thing happened this morning, I usually get up between 6:30 and 7am every morning to let my dogs outside and feed them. This is usually when I weigh myself. SO I did and I weighed 229 even, which was a .8 loss from yesterdays weight. I then decided to go back to bed, which I rarely do. And at 9am I woke up and thought, I'm going to weigh myself again just to see what it says. To my surprise the scale said I had lost another 1.6! How is that even possible!? Guess I needed that extra sleep. So my total loss for day 3 was 2.4! YAY! I am still 10 pounds above my lowest weight after round 2 :( I'll get there again!

R3 P2 VLCD#2 weight 229.8

So I released 2.8 on my first day! YAY! I will admit it was very hard!! I fought myself all afternoon and was hungry, but I won because I didn't give in! I only ate 1 fruit but I had a few extra melba's. Hey, that better than leftover pecan pie, right!? So day 2 starts and I won't probably do an update vlog until Tuesday. Hope everyone has a splended weekend and stays warm! Oh by the way we have already gotten 17 inches of snow here in Idaho and we are expecting blizzards all week!! YIKES. I think I heard the weatherman say we haven't had weather like this since  the 1950's. CRAZY!

XOXO

HCG R3 P2 VLCD#1 Today's weight 232.4

Well, I only gained 2 pounds during my load. But, thinking back to round 1, I actually lost .5 and was very successful that round too. So, I am not going to stress about that. I am about halfway done with my website www.GoodGirlGoneHCG.com. I am very excited about it and can't wait for it to go live. I am hoping it will provide a fountain of information regarding HCG protocol and break some myths about it as well. I am encouraging friends to let me know if they would like to be featured on my HCG success stories page. I feel like I look at others for inspiration so what better feature to offer someone considering HCG than a bunch of us who have tried it and succeeded!

AND....here is my new blog as well. I just needed an additional tool to keep me honest on the days I can't vlog. So, my goal is to blog everyday and vlog twice a week (possibly Tuesday's and Fridays). This blog will also give me an opportunity to post more recipes as well! Have an awesome weekend!
